1. How long will it take to receive my order?
- Ready-Made Gifts: Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days from our location in Australia and typically arrive within 1 week. Local pickup in Brisbane is available and may eliminate shipping time altogether.
- Personalised Gifts: Made to order and shipped from our trusted production partner overseas. Please allow up to 3–3.5 weeks for production and delivery. Local pickup in Brisbane is available and will eliminate shipping time by approximately 1 week.

2. Why does it take longer for personalised gifts?
Our personalised gifts are specially crafted just for you and made to order. Each item is carefully produced to ensure quality and uniqueness, which means it takes a little longer to arrive — but we promise it’s worth the wait!

3. Are you working on faster shipping for personalised gifts?
Yes! We're currently working on bringing personalised gifting in-house, so we can create and ship your gifts faster. Our goal is to reduce processing time to just 1–2 weeks. Stay tuned — we’ll announce updates as soon as it's available!

4. Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, we ship all across Australia.

5. Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Brisbane customers can choose local pickup to save on shipping. Please email us at littleladore@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @littleladore to arrange pickup before checking out.

6. Do you offer international shipping?
Not at this stage. Due to the nature of our products, we currently only ship within Australia — but we’re open to exploring international shipping in the future!

7. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

8. Can I order a mix of ready-made and personalised gifts?
Absolutely! You can order both ready-made and personalised gifts together. To ensure clarity and avoid any confusion, we'll hold the shipment of your order until all items, including the personalised ones, are ready to be dispatched. This approach ensures you receive your complete order in one package.
